Cooperative Elder Services, Inc. (CESI) is a non-profit organization that has provided adult day health care for more than fifty communities in the Greater Boston area since 1978. 

At CESI's vibrant, community-based centers, a licensed nurse is always on site. Staff is trained in specialized care for participants with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases and related dementia. Roundtrip transportation is available. 

Participants in CESI’s day programs engage in recreation activities and enjoy well-balanced meals under the supervision of healthcare professionals, while family caregivers gain respite and support.
