Rian Immigrant Center is seeking Guest Services volunteers to play a key role by welcoming new and current clients (guests) to the center. This position involves answering phone calls, greeting in-person guests, and making connections to internal and external services and resources. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Fluency or strong proficiency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is preferred (other language proficiencies will also be considered).

This is a flexible position, with a minimum commitment of at least one day a week during the Center's hours (M-F 9am-5pm). Shifts may be 3-8 hours depending on volunteer availability, with specific days and times to be determined based on Guest Services needs.
