ECBA was incorporated as a 501(c)4 organization vs. 501(c)3, and they need guidance around the finer points of that distinction. This would be periodic, project-based work, with a fun, mission-driven and appreciative bunch of people who love East Cambridge and want to protect and support their locally-owned small businesses and nonprofit organizations.
