School- and site-based volunteer Bigs meet with their Littles at schools or other sites like West End House, either over lunch or after school. Commitment is one full school year of weekly meetings. Activities can vary, including homework help, conversation, or using the gym and sports fields. 

Bigs and Littles (aged 7-12) are partnered after an application process including a questionnaire, references, and an interview. Volunteers must be 18+ years of age. Spanish language is a plus.
